To turn the volume on the I60 you judt press the volume keys on the side of the phone.....When you turn the volume all the way down it automatically puts the phone on vibrate.......Just have her hold the up volume key on the left side of the phone above the DC key and it will turn the volume up on and take the phone off vibrate........

Most carriers have a set guidelines for upgrades. All most all carriers out there require w/ in 2 months on a 12 mth agreement, and w/ in 4 moths on a 24 mth agreement. However, the best carrier to do an upgrade through is actually Nextel. Customers can upgrade their equipment any time regardless of where they are at in their agreement............

It's probably going to be released a lot sooner than you think. I have heard the release date is still 09/15. Nextel has also began to advertise the 930 phone in Nextel Cup Series commercials. I saw it Sunday whenI was watching the races!

Mobile email would not give you the ability to access your corporate email from your phone unless you are using it as a Modem W/ the Packet Stream Gold service. This require a data device like the BLACKBERRY, and a Data Service Plan. Not to mention the fact that your companies IT Department has to give you the ability to access your email from that device, otherwise you would not be able to get through the companies ...

There is a diffence between the Standard and Extended battery. The Standard battery is the battery most Nextel phones come w/. The extended battery would be the battery the i35, i55, i58, and i305 include. The slim battery is the battery that the i80 would have included. The slim and extended battery do require a battery door. The slim is 500MhZ, Standard 750MhZ, and Extended 1300MhZ..........

MY ISSUE IS THEIR DEDUCTIBLE! I HAVE THE I730, AND THEY WANT $100.00 TO REPLACE IT. WHY, I CAN DO AN UPGRADE AND GET IT FOR 124.99. Keep in mind Nextel doesn't have M2M, but instead have Direct Connect which is the same concept, but better. Why you ask? Because Direct Connect is true billed by the second opposed to the usual cellular minute round up!

Lets's be honest here... VZW does not have the largest network. VZW has the most roam agreements w/ other carriers. Half of the areas VZW covers actually belongs to other carriers out there. Not to mention the fact that You have to be in a VZW Network to even use the M@M Feature.

In reality it is not Nextel changing the deductible prices it is Signal the insurance company. Not many people go w/ the Insurance option because their deductible is unreasonably high. Why pay $100.00 for a refurbished I730 when you can buy one brand new for $124.99 after rebate?

Any time you change to a promotional rate plan it will require a new service agreement. However, the good thing about Nextel is you are only required to do a 12 mth service agreement!

They really have been getting better about it. After a while we came to find out nay high end phone would be $100.00, but in reality any District Manager will inform a Sales Rep not to release info on the Deductible since it is subject to change. In the 12 mths I worked for Nextel the I95 Deductible changed 4 times. I myself have 3 I95's and 2 I730\'s on my acct and just removed the ...

As a former Nextel Wireless Consultant I can tell you that Nextel Employees are not always aware of the Deductible required for a Insurance Replacement. Signal is known for changig the deductible on certain phones at different times. Wireless Consultants are not allowed to inform customers of deductibles due to the fact that they are no licensed to sell or administer Isurance Replacements.Don't blame the sales rep, blame Signal.
