customers usually ask for supervisors when they cant get what they want from the rep.. I guess, the only reasonable excuse for customers to demand for supervisors is if they were not treated properly by the rep..(csutomer mistreat can cause a representative to lose his/her job.. so i doubt it if theyll do that to a customer) :x

omnia was bought in europe, now we cant change the language on it italy. cant even go through the procedures since i cant understand the language. we've tried doing the hard reset but there is no setup wizard option to select the language from. HELP please. :(

prepaid and postpaid or flexpay can use all of the networks. theres no restriction to that. in prepaid, u have to buy the phone for full price because u are not required to sign up for a contract.. with postpaid/fp, if u get a contract and are approved for it, u can get a big big discount on the phones
