If hes calling in to any business like a doctors office or anything like that it is a land line. And those are the calls where you are on the phone for up to an hour at a time. Sprints 79.99 plan will hit you with tons of overage fees.

These are always foreigners who cant speak a lick of English and cant seem to understand that you're not calling about the bill, that you are calling to sell them something.
Then the get very angry and start speaking in they're native tongue before hanging up.
