I still haven't figured out a way to remove the service # and I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the Browser setting that have AT&T and Media Net.

Instead of transferring them can't you use your speed dial and call the phone and save. Might be a little easier you could put the basics in then in your leisure fill in blanks.

They may not have in stock but you can use it, we changed carriers there is some support issues they can't help :-)... me with that why I come here.
