:( Yes I have read & viewed some videos that say pretty much the same thing. I guess testing it out would be best. I know that nothing replaces a digital camera, but with the technology today you would think improvements in the camera function would be in order with the state of the art mobile phone like the droid razr hd or maxx hd. I am in no way putting down this phone, just saying motorola phones that ...

I have viewed some videos on youtube regarding the razr maxx hd and they were very informative. Just wondering if there were any improvements or information on the camera. Anyone have any input?

Would anyone like to speculate the performance of the camera function on this phone. I know nothing replaces a digital camera, but with the advances of tech. you would think that motorola would bring it up a notch in such a competitive mobile phone market. My experience with the motorola camera feature on previous phones (unrooted) is not too good.

hellbent is a very strong word, I love the iPhone but the service is not good I can only speak for what I experienced that is calls going directly to voice mail, not receiving text messages or receiving them 7-8 hours later, and of course dropped calls. It seems that the hero may be an iPhone like phone, but available on a CDMA service. I am and will continue to do my research after all we are paying $100+ per ...

Is there anyone having problems receiving pic messages on the iphone. I have and it is somewhat frustrating when you get the pic 7 to 9 hours later. I have had At&t for about 4 months and I am very satisfied with the iphone, but the service has dropped calls on a daily basis and now not receiving pic messages tops it. Just wondering if there is anyone else having the same problem. I am past ...

AT&T Service on Long Island NY

I am thinking of switching to AT&T from Verizon, I currently use a BB and was tempted to go to Iphone. My main concern is coverage throughout Suffolk county, could anyone help with specific locations on long island and maybe dead spots (which I know exist with every carrier). I know AT&T is not the same carrier it was 6 yrs ago, but I need some input from current AT&T customers who were formerly Verizon customers at this ...

Re: lg8300

I was comparing phones on this website and in person at verizon stores and it seems that no other lg phone comes close to all the features the 8300 has, whether it is the light feel, speaker placement, and less resolution of the 8350 or the flat keypad, send button location, and shorter battery life of the 8700, I guess you get used to a phone that you had for 2 years and look to replace it with one ...

Yes I guess it needs some getting use to, voice command is about 90% correct for me at this time. As for the plantronics A320, it is a vast improvement from the motorola bluetooth i originally started with, i recommend the A320, clarity on both sides and comfort. I tried it about 12 phone calls so far in buildings and outside. So far so good !

I just got the plantronics a320, going to give it a try. also spoke to verizon rep, when pressing the voice command button, say the word "call", then say the name you want to call. It worked at the Vz store, I will have to try it myself. Otherwise very happy with the phone.

I am impressed with all the functions of this phone except the voice command when used with the phone open and also when used with bluetooth. It does not seem to recognize my voice even when i went thru the voice training function on the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions, comments or help? I am still in 15day trial period. All else considered it is still a very good phone.

Ways to get a homemade cut mp3's as ringtones onto 8300??
Jun 17, 2006, 10:12 AM
in the LG VX-8300 forum

I've been reading this forum and it seems the only way to get a homemade cut mp3(about 20-25sec) onto phone and use it as a ringtone is to mail it as a pix message to your phone, was wondering since this phone does not support Bitpim, it there other software that can be used to directly transfer short mp3's and small pics to the phone or will Bitpim be coming out with there version in the near future?
