Calling into 1800Sprint1 ends up getting telesales which wastes your time and theres and makes both parties upset and then feuds begin. This means if you work for Radioshack, Best Buy Mobile, walmart etc. This is Sprints new policy. If the customer wants their upgrade moved up, telesales CANNOT do it. The customer has to be upgrading over the phone for us to do it. You can argue as much as you want for us to reset it, but we can't. So stop calling us. Call your dealer support hotline and quit screwing up telesales stats.

We do use an old version of internet explorer. Like to the point that PS actually says you are using an EXTREMELY old version of IE. anyways, i posted earlier at 5:19 and it says i did it at 7:19. some times it gets it right, some times it adds one, two or three hours to it. i guess i am a time traveler.

our customers love to complain. give them a evo w/o mir and they ask why its not free. give them a free evo they ask whats wrong with it. give them one for 100 dollars they ask why they have to pay that if you lowered it that much. GRAHHHHHHHH.... its frustrating.
AT&T would be bigger then Verizon
essentially it would be AT&T and Verizon making up like 90% of the telecommunications industry in the US. I wonder if this goes through, if Verizon will make a bid on Sprint just to try to even the tides. I personally think that if the deal goes through, the FCC is gonna take alot of hacking at it first. It won't look like the same proposal that is put on the table. Not by a long shot.

I worked for T-Mobile, and now work for Sprint. I have an iPhone with AT&T and I just saw this for Verizon so its true that all of them are getting rid of the one year contracts. Apparently they weren't cost effective?

exactly, and store reps will look at this and underhanded and just us being dousches trying to steal a sale but seriously, that is our job. we are to make sales. if you screw up my bonus cause you called the wrong department, then i'm screwing up something for you. sales is cut-throat. if they can't handle it, they're in the wrong line of work.

I totally agree. I mean I can understand we all have a job to do and everything like that, but seriously, why not take the extra second to dial the right department? Its like this. Sprint Telesales Reps
Is it just me, or does it drive you CRAZY when dealers call you? I know we're all sales based environments but I just wanna throttle a dealer for screwing up my metrics... Don't they know that they have a dealer support line to get to that will help them, not telesales that will purposely try to misdirect them for wasting one of their calls? jeez... just had to rant.
