and telesales can't do it for stores or if the cust just wants it done. It has to be for a customer willing and ready to purchase over the phone right then with the telesales rep.

1. That is the same, however you have a retail support line to call. Calling into 1800Sprint1 ends up getting telesales which wastes your time and theres and makes both parties upset and then feuds begin. Learn the dealer support number and credit numbers and it will help alot because upgrades can still be reset if need be.
2. Call tech unless it involves the credit. Then call credit. If you need help processing, tech will assist or get you ...

This is Sprints new policy. If the customer wants their upgrade moved up, telesales CANNOT do it. The customer has to be upgrading over the phone for us to do it. You can argue as much as you want for us to reset it, but we can't. So stop calling us. Call your dealer support hotline and quit screwing up telesales stats.

We do use an old version of internet explorer. Like to the point that PS actually says you are using an EXTREMELY old version of IE.
anyways, i posted earlier at 5:19 and it says i did it at 7:19. some times it gets it right, some times it adds one, two or three hours to it. i guess i am a time traveler.

I'm sure these are somewhere in the TOU but I figured I'd get a quick answer here Rich.
1. Is there any way to appeal a ban so that you allow the user back on the site?
2. At what point do you decide that blocking a username is no longer effective and that you must resort to blocking the ip address of said user?
3. Is there any ways that someone can get banned by just being reported repeatedly or do ...

I have never seen a thread be closed before by a moderator, but today in the lounge there was a thread closed. It was along the lines of 'the last one to post here is the winner'.
I am not bothered in the slightest that it was closed out. I am just curious as to the reasons a thread can be closed.
Is it due to the sheer length or the risk of it being one of those threads that ...

essentially it would be AT&T and Verizon making up like 90% of the telecommunications industry in the US. I wonder if this goes through, if Verizon will make a bid on Sprint just to try to even the tides.
I personally think that if the deal goes through, the FCC is gonna take alot of hacking at it first. It won't look like the same proposal that is put on the table. Not by a long shot.

I worked for T-Mobile, and now work for Sprint. I have an iPhone with AT&T and I just saw this for Verizon so its true that all of them are getting rid of the one year contracts.
Apparently they weren't cost effective?
