Re: USCC-National Carrier....Since when?

Allow me to point out that besides AT&T, US Cellular is the only nationwide player who has a true nationwide plan and a true unlimited nationwide plan. However AT&T requires a 2 year contract if you wish to get on one of their plans. US Cellular never makes customers sign contracts if they go to a new plan. Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile have unlimited to mobile customers or their own mobile customers or within their network. Have a look ...

Phantom-Babe: Call 611 or 888-944-9400 and talk to Customer Service. There is incorrect information in the responses provided to you in above. Thanks and hope you enjoy your new phone.

Write a letter to the Collection Agency and ask them to work with US Cellular to sort this out, find your account, etc.

I sometimes wonder what would happen to their pay if they adjusted their attitude to be more positive. Spend less time complaining and more time being productive and positive. It's healthier for the body, mind and the pocketbook.

Re: The Belief Project.....What is it really??

Agreed. Nobody can ever please everyone, however the Belief Project addresses all of the major points customers have been asking for years for the wireless industry to change. Many have switched to the new plans, others find that the comparison does not work for them and they stay on their old plans. We generally do not force customers to move to other plans, so they have a choice. Customers are free to compare then make their own decision.

@carthian You are confusing pay with values. We are not discussing who gets paid what in this thread - there is another one going on about that topic. But if you consider payroll a value, don't forget the benefits you are receiving. I never worked for another company that paid healthcare from day 1 on the job - including if people are part time - or pay into 401K from day 1, for full or part time employees. And that ...

@ This Troper: That is what I thought when I joined US Cellular. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that we actually live up to those values and they are part of the performance process. I am no spring chicken and there is not one company I worked for that was this serious about the values. You can be awesome at performing tasks, if you don't live up to the values, you might still look for another job. ...

D.O. is the abbreviation for Dynamic Organization. However what is discussed are the values of the D.O. which is what I addressed before. So your opinion would have to be based on the question if you believe values like 'ethics', 'customer focus', 'respect', 'diversity', 'pride', 'empowerment' are good values or not. Some contributors in phonescoop clearly do not, e.g. there are people contributing company internal confidential information in phonescoop, which could endanger not only their own jobs, but also ...

@thatcellguy - you should check out again what the D.O is all about. What are our values? Ethics for example. US Cellular was rated among the most ethical companies in the US. Everyone know right from wrong. Wrong is not acceptable. Customer Focus - we don't exist without customers. Respect - name one person who does not want to be respected. etc etc. It is common sense, yes, however too many people ignore common sense and look out only ...

Ok - then forget about Utility companies. How about cable or landline telephone companies, internet service, etc. T-Mobile is not the only carrier that sends SMS. US Cellular has had overage protection for quite some time now and sends one at 75% and another at 100%. However, if I sign up for 1000 minutes and use 1500, who's problem should that be? If I am on a plan that covers me locally and I decide to travel and incur ...
