I know it's not your list but try to get a EVO. you won't go wrong. if not get the pre. i have a pre now and i love it, i love my EVO too. as far as it feels in the hand is up to you. i have big hands and i have no problem at all using the phone. i text just fine. as a matter of fact the pre is best phone for texting (FOR ME) ...

get a new phone. i had the same problem with my old instank! i had that problem twice. first time it was fixed by reseting the phone to factory! i lost everything! the second time i just moved on, i got a pre now. 8O
