I would not have brought this up if it was done online. It was done over the phone with a Dumb ATT agent. So if you had used common sense you would have known that it was over the phone not online. So you have failed to make your point. Anyone with half a brain knows fraud online is about as easy as your mother.

I have a bitter taste toward ATT and always will. My mother used my Social to set up service with them back in 2001. She racked up my bill and when it came time to call them and ask who set this up they said I did. And when I asked them to prove it they could not and not to mention they called me a liar. So ATT can take that bill and shove it so far up ...

Monopoly anyone? Get ready to be used and abused. ATT does not care about customers. And with this merger they will care even less. Here is a example of a conversation.

(Customer) I would like to see if I can lower my plan, if not I will have to look at other carriers. What can you offer a loyal customer?

Why do I have to pay for my rent, car payment, insurance, cell phone bill and gas. It should all just be free. A company has to make money too. If you do not want to pay for it. Don't use your phone while driving. That is my APP.

I do not think it is a matter of time. But more of a possibility now with the ATT merger. Sprint still has fight in it and I think it will fight. Now it is anyone's guess if they will succeed or not. With the ATT and Tmobile merger. It is not time for Sprint to show it can compete and it will. Sprint will be coming out with some great phones this year. And PS for all you VZW and ATT fanboys. Keep this in mind Sprint came out with the EVO first. Those other carriers followed. With the Thunderbolt and Inspire. GO SPRINT. EVO 3D will be EPIC.

Sprint came out with the same phone half a year ago. LOL and ours plans are less. This phone is not as good as the EVO, and will never be.

The reason is. You save more over the 24 months with the plan. Verizon bates you in to their plans with deals like that. Sprint does not. Sprint would rather save you more over 24 months than rip you off right from the start.

The Captivate is a joke. I own the Epic and for my phone to be compared to the Captivate is offensive and Blasphemy.This phone offers a Keyboard, Flash for your camera, the ability to use it as a hot spot and so much more. So ATT can take their capped data and horrible calling network and shove it. :D :D :D :D :D

I owned the EVO, and even rooted it. And Sense was still crap. The EVO is a nice phone. But honestly it comes down to preference. And I prefer the EPIC. It offers a better overall appeal IMO. The Screen is world better on the Epic. Look over the Specs. Colors: 16.7 million (24-bit) on the Epic and Colors: 65,536 (16-bit. Now I am not a mathematician but that is a huge difference. Both are good phones. I have had the options to own both. And I prefer the Epic over the EVO. First reason is HTC Sense is horrible and laggy, not to mention glitchy. The dialer on the EVO is crap.
