Same. Looking for a new job or a second job. I might be going back to a call center strictly cuz I miss the steady paycheck and set hours.

On a good week...25 this week...15.5 :cry: It was working fine til my bf and I got our own place. Now I need more hours in order to help out more. Plus I hate being dependent on him, and never having any extra money for myself.

I don't work at a call center anymore and usually work days. I like my new job a lot, I'm just not getting enough hours. So I might be going back to a call center :cry: I'd say I miss you too....but idk who you are :paranoid:

Cust: I have this little metal thingy and it says "micro sd"...wth is this thing and where does it go?!? Me:(smh) ma'am its a memory card for your music and pictures...it goes in your phone... I've yawned while reading the T&Cs. I know them by heart so I don't look at them when I say it. One time I yawned twice and the customer laughed and asked if I wanted to take an nap then continue. I laughed and said no I'll wait til later, reading these are as boring to me as they are to her. She laughed and said its cool if I wanted to nap cuz she would too! :lol:

If the customer is requesting to do a return or an exchange and they are within their 30 days, they need to go to Order Support. After an order is submitted, Telesales can no longer see that order. Now say they are exchanging the phone they upgraded: They need to wait til we recieve the returned phone and the eligability is reset before we can send the new phone out. We can not send out the phone they want til ...

I went to answer a call and the customer burped. I couldn't stop giggling that he started getting upset. I don't think he realized that I was giggling because he burped :lol:
