I am a Verizon Cust serv rep. I do agree that alot of customers are lied to by the reps. I hate it when people lie to a customer. I like telling them straight out so I have a higher chance to keep my commission. Customer has to stay 180 days for us to keep our comission or it is taken back.

I saw one said they were running 2.1 and it did not work. I believe the update for 2.2 released earlier today because I have a friend that just got updated.

What does rooting a phone do? For instance, I have the Droid Incredible and I am wondering what it does when rooted compared to when it isn't? I have seen the word alot and have never taken the time to ask until now.

My original droid A8555 or whatever it is, is now updated to 2.2. Where can I find the flash player? Am I missing it in the app store? Could someone walk me through it?

I have a Blackberry Curve 2 and it is frozen. I have taken the battery out and put it back in and when it starts up it is asking for permission to look at a few applications or something like that. I cannot allow it or block it. I cannot move the cursor or move to the allow button. It does not allow me to press the end key to get around it or anything. It is just stuck ...

I do social networking a lot and I am wondering on the speed (processor wise as well as network) of the Devour. Is it even close to the 1Ghz processor?

I am so tired of customers coming in this store frustrated about their bill. I am a sale rep and as a sales rep I disclose EVERYTHING to the customer. Multimedia phone, oh you have to have the $9.99 data package plan on it. Smart phone, oh you have to have the $29.99 data package plan. The data package plan does not include texting! Come on people, let them know this stuff. We are actually required to tell them ...

I just love how people blame a service provider for the errors another company has made. People blame us (Verizon) all the time for something that BlackBerry did.
