T-mobile does not offer unlimited data contrary to what they advertise. In fact their website states in the Terms and Conditions, "If your total usage exceeds 5GB (amount is subject to change without notice; please check T-Mobile’s T&Cs on www.T-Mobile.com for updates) during a billing cycle, we may reduce your data speed for the remainder of that billing cycle." The website also says, "T-Mobile's plan includes 2 GB at full speeds; reduced to up to 2G speeds for remainder ...

It'll be over before you know it. Then you get in your car, let out a primal scream, turn up some music, and forget all about the wackos and know-it-alls that wasted your time today. I know it's hard not to get overwhelmed, frustrated, burnt out, etc. with all the issues we deal with on a daily basis. Do you think you help at least one person today?

The customer who had service six months ago and decides to call in to ask if we can replace their tablet because it was stolen and sold by a family member. When we advise them they are no longer a customer, they flip out and say they have paid for insurance on their tablet so it should be replaced. These customers are kindly reminded that although they had insurance on their account, they've never actually paid a bill which ...

I agree. Eventhough the yelling and cursing is all part of the job (and often times amusing) it would be nice to get a break from it every once in a while.

I'm a little confused. Why don't you ask what numbers are available and then choose from those? Or why don't you ask if they have a specific number available. It seems like a big waste of time to me.

US Cellular customers can request call and message detail to be placed on their bill free of charge. All they have to do is call customer service. US Cellular will reprint an old bill with detail if a customer wants it. I think the first time is free for a bill reprint.
