what is your one vending machine weakness? Pepsi how do you keep newbs from stealing your desk? My name's on my desk so no problem with people sitting there. My seat gets switched for another chair at least once a week though. when ps is dead how do you pass time between calls? Sprint space do the stains on the chairs scare you? Hadn't really noticed anything like that here have you ever had an inter-office romance? Learned my lesson the hard way ...

A guy who sits on the team across from me got called that during one of his calls. Told his sup and she started steps to get that cust's account cancelled. Sprint won't put with things like that. Racist punk can go get his service someplace else.

Hey store reps for Sprint, I'm kind of tired of having customers call in and ask why they have TEP or some other add on service on their bill and no idea how it got there, only to find out some rep in a store was shady and decided to boost their sales by adding it behind the customer's back, when all they did was stop in to pay a bill or ask a question. Adding to it, you try ...

If you're a Sprint store rep, no customer care rep has the power or authority to waive an activation fee. It is a standard valid charge. There is no specific section in CC that can remove it. My advice to you is to deal with it then and there in the store and either ask your manager or call NSS to see if they can assist you with that? That is if NSS has the ability to?

A cellphone is kind of a grey area for the Amish. They can't use landlines (at least not in their homes) because of the wire but a cellphone is okay, as long as it's used away from their homes. I've read too some AMish will keep a landline out in their fields for use too. The building for it kind of looks like an outhouse.

Can't go wrong with an anonymous note. Leave it on their desk after they've left to find the next day.

That's terrible! If something like that happens again, it's best to get him over to a sup. That way they can get him cancelled for talking to him like that. I know for our site, when a death threat is made, we immediately get them over to a so they can take the necessary steps to get the account cancelled and get in touch with the authorities to talk to the guy.

Family Medical Leave Act. A law on the books if an employee needs to leave work for awhile to deal their's or a family members illness. You can get it for even minor things like if the job is completely stressing you out. They don't usually pay out for that sort of thing though while you're gone. They will though for major issues.

They might as well have. They added a new metric a few months back for next call prevention that's now fully in place and our bonus greatly hinges on keeping it above 95%. There's a guy on my team who kills at sales and his ncp will guarantee he won't see a dime of it. Sucks!

All you really can do is, if you have full access to their account, note it fully so when they call in there's the info for the customer service rep to pass on.

Not 100% of the time. Why can't they just design a phone where you can remove the battery if it needs to, to force it down. Is that too much to ask? Why do I need to send in the whole phone when I'm just having a battery issue?

Re: Can I ask why

I might like it a bit more if they designed it so you could take the back off to remove the battery, in case you had to force-powercycle it down, if it needed it. That's about my only issue with it. I just couldn't bring myself to buy a phone where if there's a battery issue, I have to send the whole phone in for repair.

Some of the older BB's, like the 8330, in CC's device search say don't do a manual program. I know we can do an RTN and wipe the phone and then try the programming over, which has always worked pretty well for me. Too bad it takes so long and really kills my handle time.

It's the one where they mention we can talk about the amount for the price plan but not how much a phone costs. It says not to give out info on what it runs at sprint.com but to get them to ts. It might have something to do with agents at some point possibly having given out wrong info? Or maybe they figured the website is strictly for self-service only and customers should find their own way over? In the ...

We actually had a document come through in knowlagent where they said customer care wasn't supposed to give out info from the website on phone prices anymore even if asked. If a customer wanted info on a phone, it's straight over to ts for them.

Immediately I tell them I didn't give them permission to tape the conversation. Some have tried to tell me they told me at the beginning of the call they were typing, which is a lie. I got surveyed over this kind of thing last week. Guy calls with a Samsung Seek and wonders why he can't watch youtube? I told him why and there wasn't any troubleshooting we could offer him. I did tell him since he's in the first 30 days he could return it. He bought it from some 3rd party website. He gave me a no on the survey, btw
