At&t Iphone 4s on cricket sim, will it work
I am getting a 4s off of ebay, so I wanted to use my cricket sim out of my At&t galaxy s4 zoom, which is a mini sim in the 4s. the 4s is Att also. will it work? I have had conflicting reports on functionality. but I would much rather use the apple than the samsung on Cricket.

Regular price is $139.99, they have it on sale for $99.99, and another $50 off if you switch carriers. Not sure how long that sale will last but that's what they are doing right now.
AWS chiopset for iPhone
:D The chipset to support AWS was released for iPhone, that's the good news. The bad news is the iPhone 6 will likely not be out for a couple of years.
When the chipset is installed in the next series of iPhone it should make it available to remaining Cricket Markets. :D

:D :D :D ~UPDATE~ Tethering is now available on most of Cricket's smartphone lineup. It is also included for free on the $60 and $70 plans.

Cricket Wireless is doing something right. it used to be they had phones about a year or so after other carriers. Now other carriers are stealing their phones. started with the Zio Re Released by Sprint, and now the Ascend II Re Released by US Cellular.
Little carrier is playing with the big boys now.

All carriers employ partnerships for coverage expansion. Sprint owns boost so while boost uses some of sprint's older pcs towers it does not receive the full benefit of the sprint network. Virgin mobile is now owned by AT&T and is again on it's older towers. both have some advantage and disadvantages. mostly with after purchase support, and both are standard pre paid phones. they offer no warranty beyond a short return period, and no third party handset protection. you ...

It is not a supported function.. It is intentionally disabled on the current lineup of phones due to the availability of a seperate broadband device.
