I saw this feature on the to be release Iphone 6 and was curious how many devices featured it. It doesn't look like it's a searchable feature on your phone finder. Any idea how common this feature is?

Maybe not with some of the specifics, but the trolling and game of fanboy flag going back and forth is what drove me away from posting in there. The who's better game in nearly EVERY post sucked the air out of it.

I know the features won't change from the 4 to the "4Gs" much as they'll both use IOS5 when it launches. I was just curious if the hardware upgrade made it worth the wait.

So, speculation is that there will be a new device launched with IOS 5. Essentially an Iphone4 with the Ipad2 processer and graphics chip. Any thoughts? Is the Ipad 2's processor that much faster than the Ipads? I'm debating holding out till September or just going for the Iphone 4 today.

Just curious to see if there was any new consideration for an IOS forum. We've got 4 iphones out now with a few new suspected design overhauls next year. Any expected love for an IOS forum?

Engadget is reporting the white Iphone is thicker than the black. Apple is saying it's to increase shielding for sensitive electronics.
I'm wondering if perhaps it's the same case the Iphone 5 will come in. Just a thought.

I'm not sure that would define the device as "Junk". The device on AT&T was buggy to begin with. The same issues on a VZW network would neither prove nor deny a difference in quality between AT&T and VZW. If the device did better, then it might be part of an equation that would need more than once device's performance to substantiate.

Agreed. While I'm suspect of it's firmware based on the AT&T history, it's still unproven.
Having said that, the new Iphones are commonly released beginning of summer and for $200 it may be wiser to wait a few months and get the updated model. Plus, the summer edition will likely have addressed any issues that arise with the first edition. You should never buy a first edition car, why would it be different with a phone? ...

Yeah. Hopefully that will make the difference for the device. I was watching The Daily Show and John was railing against AT&T over the Iphone. I had AT&T for years with no issues using a Blackberry. Maybe its a NY thing? I'm going to get myself an Android, but she really likes the iphone.

Not to take anything away from VZW's network, but I'm half expecting the Iphone to suck as much on VZW as it did on AT&T. What'll Apple's excuse be then? Oh, it's the American Markets?
For my wife's sake I hope it's awesome. Mainly cause I'm getting her one once they're available.
