HSPA+ and 4g
HSPA+ is acutally faster than 4G. It is better than 4G. We(TMO) are proud that its not asscoiated with the 4G because HSPA+ is better. Duh! Stupid press needs to keep the facts straight. HSPA+ blows AT&T and Sprint out of the water and Verizon is just a grain of salt.

Here at T-mobile, when you make a service agreement it states in the legal text that "you can check your minutes at anytime by dialing #BAL#" so if you're too damn lazy to dial that or you're just irresponsible enough to keep track of your minutes, then you deserve the overage fees. There is no shock about it....

Duh! Let's stop and think.. hmm...with out cell towers there can't be good signal...without good signal people get dropped calls then they bitch and moan. I think a cell tower in your back yard would increase the value of a home rather than bring it down. You know that you will have excellent service in your house

I escaped without a scratch. 9 sales for 24 calls 8) and not one person called and asked about the instore promo. however I did have one person call today mad cuz the store told him to call today and he rcould get a free HD2.

Tell me about it. I had a lady wonder why she couldn't get a free phone when she had and account in collections for $800 and her pay in advance service was suppended for non payment and she wondered why she couldn't get a free phone.

I so wish that i could just ask customers their DOB and if they have a credit/debit card and tell them right away that they're flexpay N(basically our lowest approval rating) before going through the whole call flow process.
That or just hang up on the customers that i can't understand. If you're going to call someone DON'T MUMBLE and SPEAK CLEARLY. I would rather them yell at me than whisper. At least that way a can turn down ...

okay okay TMO is out to kill sales agents. Every phone for free? People are so stupid they're aren't going to be able to read the legal text. Its at a retail store only, and with two lines of new service. restrictions do apply. I can see it already people are going to be calling in asking about it. GRR :evil: I wish I could just hang up on stupid people.
