agreed smylax. the e73 mode is a new smartphone launching, not sure if it will need data just yet. if so, consider data but if you don't wanna add it then consider waiting like smylax suggested.
do you use the wifi calling feature? if so then hmm, you'd be hard pressed to find a good phone cheap because only the BB's offer that right now.

from what i'm gathering, you'll have to add a line or start new plans, not sure if the brand new plans have to be family plans or not.
if you were ever thinking of adding a line or starting up with t-mo, that's the time to do it!

the rep wasn't an idiot, i can probably guess what happened.
t-mobile launched a new postpaid plan called even more plus which is no contract and allows customers to move over to it with the understanding that they cannot move back to contract (although the rep who moved this person may not have explained that part very well which i apologize for...). they benefit with lower monthly price plans but cannot "upgrade" their phone traditionaly with ...

normally t-mo reps will be trained well in advance for any upcoming phone launches, but we haven't seen anything yet about this phone. however, a samsung rep is traveling to our area this wednesday for something, we aren't sure but for all i know it could be to train us on this device. hmmm???

yeah the only phones we carry right now that are UMA are blackberries, and it seems to be going that way for a while. i wouldn't hold your breath.

honestly you might have better luck just sending your photos to "my album". it's done through picture messaging and you can send the photo to 222 which is our code for my album.
then you can access my album on t-mobile.com by just logging in and then following the links on the page. once you find your photos there you can right cick and save to your desktop.

Even we don't know what's up...not privy to that, could be a fathers day promo. People have been saying we are going to release the iphone that day, but I doubt that because even as employees we haven't had any reason to believe it.

well first off, the motorola android phones for t-mobile are terrible and if i was a customer would never purchase one...IMO.
i have the original mytouch, and i wish i had the 1.2. it comes with an 8gb sd card instead of the 4 gb, comes pre-installed with sywpe (the texting program where you can run your fingers over the letters instead of touching individual keys...in case you didn't know :) ), and it has the 3.5 jack. ...

really? really? look nuff respect but if that phone kept you then...i'll save my comments on that. but the phone is ok, not great, not amazing. there are far more superior phones out there. if it's data that's holding you back from better phones, then ok it's better than most non-data phones. but geez, really?
