This is something I am referencing from about 2 weeks ago that we got the material on it. Again, I may be wrong and will have ti pull up KMS on this one as I'm not positive.

Re: 07/11/2010, DC charge effective

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, as has happened in the past. I work for an escalation team call center for sprint and have to keep up on this information. The study guide we got about this stated that DC would remain free unless the person wants to have group connect, at which time there would be a $5 charge. If they only want to be able to DC friends and family, then it would remain free on all ...

Correction, the Moment was the first android phone on Sprint. The Hero came out shortly after. Currently though, the Hero is the most sold Sprint phone we have. Goes back to your original claim that Sprint doesn't have a good PDA phone on the market. I understand you are frustrated with Sprint, I can read it in the posts. But keep in mind, the phone you choose does determine your happiness with a provider. The pre was a mistake ...

I can definitely understand why you would be upset with the Pre, that was a mistake from launch. As for the pricing with with the plans for the Evo. I assure you, the plans will be the everything data plans. The additional charges come into effect when 4G ($10) is being brought into the fold and if you want the mobile wifi hotspot, that is an extra $30. I will agree that having to pay an extra $40 a ...

Things not to say while threatening to cancel with Sprint: -I'm going to cancel with you and go to Boost. They have better priced plans and better coverage! (Sprint owns boost, but the plans are a little better. You get what you pay for though. As for the coverage? Well, again, sprint owns them. Coverage is either CDMA or IDEN, both of which is run on Sprint's network) -I'm going to cancel with you and go to Virgin mobile! They have ...

I love how people like to comment on information that don't actually know about. Let's post correct information about your topic here. You state that Sprint is planning on changing pricing plans for the Evo. Sprint actually came out and stated the current plans will be compatible with the EVO (Everything Data Plans) but to get the 4G services you will have to pay an additional $10 a month. This negates whether or not customers wish to get the ...
