If you go to the Verizon wireless testman site it now shows vz navigator capabilities, it is coming soon

I opened my browser on my 8830 and it saids VZNavigator is coming soon, what great news.

I just did a master reset and lost my contacts and everything else. The contacts was easy to put on just do a sync and they will be on your phone again. The thing to do is put your pictures on your memory card or they will be gone also.

I have been on the phone for over 2 hours with Microsoft and verizon wireless tech support and the the kit is NOT compatibly with: Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 Can not install Music Manager Software. I believe Verizon needs to let the customer know about this, it is not compatible with all windows media players. My windows media player verison is 10.00.00.4036

I am having problems with my standard battery cover and my extended battery cover being very loose, is it my unit or are other people having the same problem?
