That's too bad...I've had a surprisingly great experience so far w/ Sprint here in Chicago, far better network experience than ATT and even better than VZW. Didn't know what to expect when I signed up last month, was afraid to give up the famed "reliability" of VZW but things are just fine without big red. To clarify a bit, the EM+ plan I have is unlimited text and data. I did a test on speedtest.net and I am getting 2.85Mb/s down and .85 up. This was just now, 8:15 PM in Chicago, my phone displays "H" at the top and was running on HSPDA. I will call tech support to see if they can shed light. Thanks!

Hey all- Quick question I'm hoping to have answered, went to 2 T-Mobile stores and still not certain, also tried Google. I have the MyTouch 4G on an EM+ Plan, 500 mins, $59.99, my location is downtown Chicago. In my "about phone" settings, the network type used to indicate "HSPA+."
