nextel is still a great service for people that only want to talk or d.c other people, it wasnt made for texting or data or roaming, if you want that stuff switch to a sprint phone that was there main focas on , remember back when nextel was bought, there wasnt alot of texting or data tech out there, i think sprint did a amazing job already with nextel makeing texting and data availbe on the nextel phones, and ...

i really dont belive that u paid a etf at that time you paid your account balance sounds more like you were behind one month on bill and paid you past due plus your current than later you got your final bill, which you get a final bill after your next billing cycle closes

jesus i just had a lady screaming at me for the $4.99 spending limit charge? i asked her if she looks at her bill for the last 6 months, she said yes, i told her if she looked at bill on page 2 every month she would see about the change in her bill, all the news for sprint is there, she told me then that she doesnt have time to read her bill? wtf lady you just told ...

i get so many people tell me that they are going to switch to pre paid because its cheaper, ok switch you will be back before the month is up , lol u might be saving money but the call quality sucks

when you are roaming IE using a different towers than sprint, when you use the m2m it will go against your mins,
when your not roaming you can call all day long to another carrier cell phone :-)...

ya i dont think so at my work you dont get proration back when you port out in the middle of billing cycle you will be charged the full month cause if you cancel they set it up for end of billing cycle

Why is it they think they can yell at you for there bill being so high, for overage charges, and when you ask them if they know how to check there mins they said yes but they dont have time to check there mins, its our responsible to tell them they are over there mins, ya right like i have time to call over 250000000 million people when they go over, take responsite for your actions people
