The moto cliq does have a less than perfect battery life, but it doesnt have the worst like you stated. It's the phone not your battery. The cliq has about a 16-24 hr window of battery with texting and moderate browsing. I purchased the phone and for the first 2 weeks of having it i regretted buying it, only due to the battery life.
