Re: Sorry, I don't know who that rep is, and no, I can't transfer you to them.
it does tick me off. when i give them an answer they don't like, they say, "well the last rep said..." :x
i know that Cricket has a system like that. there have been a few times where i have called them repeatedly, and then eventually, the automatic system will not connect me to a person, it will keep redirecting me to the automated options, or tell me to go to the store.

Re: Sorry, I don't know who that rep is, and no, I can't transfer you to them.
that sucks :( ....when i got the same caller back, she didn't know it was me, but i knew it was her because i was talking to her for a while. i changed the sound of my voice, she changed her story up. i just told her the charges were valid, and offered to transfer her. she gave up and ended the call. :)
Re: i want to complain loudly!!
tell the customer that there is NO deductable, and adding insurance when we know it is not a new phone, and telling them they are still covered.
Re: Sorry, I don't know who that rep is, and no, I can't transfer you to them.
exactly. i have had those rare instances where the call dropped, they called back, and got me again. 8O :(
If we are talking to a customer, and the call gets disconnected, and it's obvious they didn't just hang up, we have to call them back. if it's a customer i don't want to talk to, i always hope that the voicemail comes on.
Sorry, I don't know who that rep is, and no, I can't transfer you to them.
why do customers think that all Sprint reps know each other, and that we can just connect them to the rep they were just talking to? or any company for that matter? there are thousands of employees for sprint, and i can't just magically connect you back with whoever you were talking too. if the call is disconnected, they are suppose to call you back, but based on how big of a jerk you're being, they probably won't. even ...

Re: POLL - Do you talk with your hands while on the phone?
yes, i do. i actually wave good-bye to the phone when the call is over. i never really noticed that i talk with my hands too until someone pointed it out to me. when i'm mad, i put my phone on mute, put my face closer to the screen, and yell at it like it's the customer.

Re: Well,
:o and why exactly does it bother you that someone is staring at your screen so much? /;|
yes, it's just you
jk...that bothers me too. it also bothers me that when i need help, floor support is no where to be found, but when i don't need help, they walk thru the isles, looking at screens.

Have you ever pronounced a customer's name incorrectly?
i work in a call center, and i have to do outbound :( ... everyday, the majority of my calls, the customers have these strange, uncommon, and difficult names. we have to say their whole names when calling outbound. it's not just their last names i can't say, but the first names too. i have totally butchered customers' names.
Re: Most unbelieveable thing you've said to customer
once, i was talking to a black customer over the phone. he was so upset about his overages. i kept trying to explain what his options were. this was a really long call. somewhere in the call, he said something like, "you're just treating me like this because i'm black! it's because i'm black!" i responded with something like, "sir, you probably can't tell by the way i'm talking, but i'm black too, so that's not going to work."
