I just got another problem. Its frozen twice in the 5-6 hours i've had it and i've had to take the battery out. Anyone know why this is happening?

Ok, so i just this incognito and it seems pretty good but i have two glitches with the texting. ONE: while i'm texting one of my contacts it will say they're number instead of their name. TWO: I will send a message to someone and it will say i sent it at 9:40 which is true, then they'll reply at 9:43 and it will say their replying at 10:43 which gets my messages messed up and out of chronological ...
