Im not worried about who gets it first. Im just happy to see that us Droid Eris users will finally get the chance to enjoy voice activated Navi on our phone as well as the whole see your location when you get there both on your phone and in person.

Well according to PS a little while back (last week in news i think) HTC has released that they have finished modifying 2.0 Eclair for the Hero and Eris and are porting the Sense UI over and will be releasing it in Q1 2010. The thing is though that they are not sure if they are going to get it out before 2.1 Flan comes out or if they are just going to wait if the time comes too ...

Yeah i see that.. thanx for pointing it out but i was more asking that question back on tuesday but thanx for the heads up. I cant wait for 2.0 or 2.1 on my eris.

thats because the phone has only been out maybe a month if that. therefore 50 reviews in 1 month is amazing as to the fact that how long was the iphone out to get those 226 reviews. even so if the droid doesnt get as many reviews you also have to factor in that 2 android phones were released the same time. I have been reading the forums on verizonwireless.com and i read something about the eris getting eclair eventually and that HTC has officially announced that it is coming but i have been unable to obtain or find this information. can anyone tell me where to find it. i follor the @HTC twitter thread but havent seen it on there.
