Ive been having problems with my trackball.. sometimes it will not move down in direction but any other way it will.. i dont think its dirty.. is there a way to take the trackball out and clean it? Or is this why they came out with the optical mouse deal?

Can we have signatures or no?

Or even youtube vids would be nice.... i feel like if phonescoop.com was able to post pix and vids a lot more people would come and be apart of this site not only at work but even at home..

if you got insurance you should be able to take it to a sprint repair center. They will try and see if they fix it which they prolly wont be able to and then they would do the advaced exchange..

What i would do since i do work for sprint.. first i would take it to a store and tell them i just turned it on and it was like this and they might be able to do an advanced exchange on this phone and you wouldnt have to pay anything if it was a phone defect. But if they see it has been damaged or dropped then yes you would have to go through the TEP and pay ...
