I have the Boost BB Curve 8330. It works absolutely perfect, just like when I had the curve with a Sprint contract last year. Data speeds are fast, get emails and text on time and calls are perfect. Will the data run off of iDEN too, or Sprint? If it's a full iDEN phone, will it be extremely slow like all Nextel data? If it's fast, I'm coming back to Sprint!

Your'e right A-Hole, why would I expect that? I used to pay $140/month for Sprint services that weren't top notch and still got the crappy customer service. Oh wait, that's why Sprint is in the toilet right now anyway, huh?
Prepaid Questions!!!
I would like to do a prepaid plan with VZW, but their prepaid phones suck. And, until now, their prices for prepaid really sucked!Can you use any VZW phone if you obtain it some other way than buying straight from VZW? I like the new Chocolate touch. Also, is prepaid coverage the same as postpaid, as far as the maps, and roaming?

I asked the barely speaking english customer service rep if they Curve is coming out on tomorrow 01/13/2010 like I've read. She acted shocked that I knew anything about it and told me to wait and look at the website tomorrow and I will be very shocked and suprised. That entire converstation to ask that one question took ten minutes. Now I remember whyI left Boost to begin with. No One Speaks English!!!!

I thought the exact same thing. Remember about two years ago, they said they were getting rid of CMDA and pushing the IDEN strong. Now it's a complete opposite. I wonder if they have big plans for IDEN now that they've opened it up to developers. Maybe they're going to focus back on Nextel brand again, or maybe they've found a possible buyer but have to get rid of all of the prepaid Boost customers ...

Actually, you're wrong Peru. Exclusively through Best Buy only, TMOBILE sells what is called the TMobile Complete package. You can get the new Curve 8500 phone for $299 up front and $80 flat fee for unlimited voice, text and web. Or, you can pay $149 up front for the original gravity phone and a flat $50 month for unlimited voice, text and web. It's all prepaid just like boost and only sold at Best Buy. ...

Tmobile has the New Curve for $299 up front and $80/month for unlimited everything. So, that's $50 more than Boost and $10/month more. Only difference is their Curve is newer. But I actually like the older curve better. I wish I had known Boost was going to do this on the CMDA network before I signed a two year contract last week. But, I do love my Palm Pre.

I took the Moment back and bought the Pre and love it. I was a die hard Blackberry man the past four years and gave up a Bold 2 9700 to go back to Sprint, and glad I did.

I work in a hospital with about 8,000 employees. the hospital company phone is Nextel and all you hear all day is chirp chirp. I even bought one to get in on all the fun, but once i left work I didn't have a signal for crap. what I didn't know is that there were antennas inside the ceiling all through out this campus and thats why I had suck a good signal.

Thanks for the replies, so how do you delete them individually? I try to delete them from my facebook and it says unable to delete facebook profile contacts. Same with email. I can delete the regular contacts though. Or, is there a way I can filter out the view so that it only shows phone contacts that I add?

Well, I got the Pre and like it a lot. But there are some things I don't like about it. I absolutely hate this contacts option where it pulls all of my contacts from facebook, email account etc and puts it all in one place. I ONLY want my phone contacts to show in my contacts folder, people I call. I don't care about having people I graduated with from high school 15 years ago ...

Also, my calls get dropped a lot, and alot of times, my internet isn't even available. My face also mutes calls, ebcause it doesn't dim while next to my face like it's supposed to. There's not setting onthe phone to change this either. I've read another person is having the exact same problems as me, so it's good to know it's not just me!
