but the callflow is no different except auth and the difference between "this is sprint calling" and "thank you for calling sprint" I've done both. xD they are identical, just the customers are more irate on inbound, or they just hang up.

Now these phones value at 300K, does this mean they'll reasonably increase in price? Probably a bit out of my league for the moment but will be an extremely good place to start when its more in my price range-- thanks so much! :)

. . .gotten a customer who is nice as hell on the phone with you, courteous, polite, and then right before they hang up say something completely nasty about you to someone sitting next to them. Example, we say the closing and farewells, and this one guy literally said "Naw, it was just some worthless b***h from Sprint." . . . REALLY!?!?

Personal experience: Doesn't matter. Men and women can be just as crappy as each other. My best experience so far though was a female supervisor-- she's not my sup anymore, but she was the best I had, taught me alot, and she's one of my good friends now, monthes after ( I left her team in February of this year. )

Sales Expired, and just plain unavailable. Though, Sales Expired plans come back like the wind changes in retention departments, from what I understand Verizon has been trying to wipe AC off the face of the earth.

I've had on semi celebrity call in. Glenn McDuffie-- he was the same age, from the same city, had the Veteran's discount and actually talked about the picture. He's 81-- getting old so I wasn't too perturbed he liked to talk about himself-- but it turns out the guy really was the sailor in the VJDay picture-- the one of the sailor kissing the nurse? In all the history books, I always loved that picture! I actually got ...

3.13% MTD Sales in this supposed Non-Sales program. Take that, impossible vender call center goals. Take that.

Gold keeps a pretty steady value-- TBH, it really does stay the same (even has gone down for some years) with inflation and value fluctations. They say the money right now is in silver-- buy low sell high. Silver and gold values seem to not increase in time in value and not the type of thing I'm looking for. Thank you for the thought though!

Anyone know of cell phones that may INCREASE in value?
Oct 28, 2009, 1:11 PM
in the Techs & Trends forum

I'm wondering if I should just go for the phones that really just look plain weird, or have a unique design to them The phones that are really worth some change right now, at this second (various blackberries and palm pre) would never get their asking price in, say, 30 years from now, because all the value in those phones is the inovation, and inovation loses value when everyone ends up doing it. Trying to think of something I know a ...
