what drives me nuts is the brainwashed reps that think that the company that they work for is the greatest in the world..but all of a sudden when they dont work for them anymore they suddenly hate that company lol

I agree with you totally jdigital.i do cust care for attws and there is nothing more frustrating they when i talk to someone who has no damn idea what they are doing...as for the reps that come from india..come on....at least the pre-requesite for the job should be you must be able to speak english in proper sentances..i had someone from warranty ask me "how is going day your?" i couldnt belive it...then i asked someone (another warranty rep) ...

i also had one woman call who wanted cr and she was not elligible for it..she came to canada and she thought that her local plan in california would include any roaming in canada..i told her that i would not give her any cr and she said that her uncle was the president of attws and that i better pack up my stuff because i would be fired within a half hour..my supervisor was monitoring that call and a ...

i had a girl call in and she wanted credit for going over on her mins..her bill was like over nine hundred dollars and she knew how many mins she had but she just wanted cr because the bill was too high and i told her that i would not give her any cr and she started to cry...her boyfriend got on the phone and said that he was gonna kick the **** out of me ..he told me ...

ok..i work as 3rd party vendor in probably the same center as lyce princess..first off drop the canadian dissing...we may have a dollar that is lower that yours but look at a few things....one is that we are not hated everywhere else in the world (unlike americans)and 2 if u guys are happy that a large number of people (canadian or americans)may be losing thier jobs then you all have problems...but if u need that to help u sleep ...
