I wana build a customer trap it will be kind of like a mouse trap just bigger the smart customers should be able to figure out how to get around it and the rest well that sucks for them lol 8)

all coming from past experiences and a few personal things lately with some of my family not work related lol and I just got done speaking with a rep at radio shack and i felt like hitting my head on his counter until we were at the same leval of thought. come on how do you sell wireless and know what the phones operating system is 8)

This for most not all but still most of the reps from walmart, target, radio shack, and sams club. Granted some of yous do have atleast some idea about what you are talking about but over all you are clue less on the wireless industry. you know almost nothing about your competors and don't care about the customer once the sale is done. I know there are plenty of call center reps on here. can you please tell me why you treat sales reps like total idiots there are some of us that know what we are doing. It gets to the point were some of you treat us like customers

a custmer a came into my stor from what i gatherd he was having problems calling international to canada and hati but heres the catch not only did he not speak very good english but he also i had a bad studering problem it took 4 ever it was like haven a french porky pig im my damn store lol
