I just have to laugh at that. We just brush them off at my provider. They bit a little bit in the 4qtr but like we suspected our pace on our prepay market has gone back up. Has actually increase some. Their just annoying like the actual insects. No worries here.

I hope your manager finds this forum and fires your azz, someone with your knowledge and attitude only deserves a low ranking position with cricket with all those other...I'll be polite. If you dont like this company and dont believe in our products, then leave. Go sell some insects, or flip a 99 cent cheeseburger, but dissing a company you work for really shows your true colors.

does it really matter. i make my $400 car payment just on cricket customers coming to a real company wanting better service. I had my employees mystery shop cricket stores and write reports so we can share with other co-workers on what poor customer service is like, also got some laughs out of it.

Look at the line up they have compared to the line up at real carriers....all there stuff is unsatisfactory, including there cust service, there fee list looks as long as my free checking account fee table at my bank...ohh and there spotty coverage.

Want great customer service and award winning coverage....$45 unlimited at US Cellular, with non of that fee bs...why should anyone pay money to pay a bill, thats credit card junkies there for ya. plus, better phones. I paid 10 bucks for the same phone that cricket charged 79.99. Do your research.
