go to your widgets list under settings/display and light/ widgets. "check" favorites and speed dial and any others you want on your widget list. hit save and exit. Back to main screen, click on the widget (left side of screen) and find your favorites (phone and star)add the people you call the most to this list. rate your top 5 and click and drag them to their top spots. save and exit. How do i get my "signature" after every text? does this phone offer it?

I considered the phones listed as well as the samsung jack, and nokia E71. I got the impression and have had it a week. You should try typing "the sly red fox jumped over the lazy dog" to try the feel of the different key pads.
