I was stuck in my driveway for 4 hours, finally get to work, immediately get a write up for scores. *thumbs down*
Then I get crap for my break time.
I should've stayed home in my warm bed and forgot about this place.
They don't care about me or my well being so why do I care to even come.

Had a customer really upset about her account, really really mad at me, wants me to transfer her to verizon (implied undertones were she'll switch providers) so I try everything I can, fail, and then complete her request and listen in while 2 vzw reps transfer her back into the Q, then the third disconnected the call. ...

I have such a hard time, I love at&t for phones and upgrades they have nice deals, but the plans are pricey for a lot of limits I wish T-mobile and At&t would merge and make a super company.

I don't think it shows on the contract, we apply it after activation so it wouldn't be on the service agreement, the odd thing is if the dealer applied his discount to your account it would be odd, if you had a discount you would have had to give info so you would know whats going on. Have you called care so we can look and see if there's anything there?

Lol, we haven't had a N series since the N95, which was a suncom device so technically we've never had a N series. Or does the N-gage count, in that case we've had one..t-mobile and phones don't mix we can't seem to get it together

interesting the only time a discount should be applied like that is a corporate discount such as your a AAA member and you recieve a discount to t-mobile because of that. I would head back to that rep a.s.a.p. and find out what he's doing because I honestly never heard of that kind of promo. :?

Dealers will sometimes take off money from their comissision to give you a discount.
They could have applied a monthly discount but it doesn't sound like that to me it sounds like a one time first bill discount as a courtesy but the dealer will ...

I have heard customers who say if I call from my landline I get right thru, if I call from my cell I wait 15 mins. What's not understood is that from one second to the next we could have a thousand people calling, we have no idea we just keep trucking one after another. Plus lately there's been sites down due to weather, we try our best.

It depends on the existing lines plan if its on contract you have to be on a contracted plan
then you "migrate" to even more plus for a 35.00 fee,
it only makes sense if the existing line changes to even more plus and you jump in after. but that's dependant on the existing lines contract, how much time is left on the line thats already there?
or go with your own even more plus individual plan

My opinion
The unlocked chinese phones can be really cool, I have had a lot of customers that love them, the thing you might have trouble with is getting tech support with at&t because they're stiflers about that stuff but your plan is too good to switch I would make sure you can find support for the phone you choose.

Okay so I have the sidekick 08 through t-mo employee plan, and just a rzr thru at&t because I've had it since 07.
(I got the sidekick before the better phones started coming out)
I am looking at android devices mostly and I'm up for upgrade with at&t so the i phone's an option.
Nexus One as well.
I'm afraid of commitment, please help

Yeah, they've gotten better lately they actually have better phones now but what upsets me is having t mo and at&t as a customer I would stay with at&t they have much better deals on phones for upgrade than t-mobile. It's almost disturbing lol.

Moving on her point of her call is that she wants a full discount on a handset without signing a commitment, then she wants to cancel, which makes me laugh because if she cancels her options are the same for other companies. Either you pay full price ...

I have a corporate discount through my job at at&t, I had to go in store and demand they find it and apply it to my account because whenever I called cust care they were dummies about the discounts, so after 30 minutes of standing in a corporate store they found it and I recieve my monthly discount as a bus corp account. As a customer
of at&t and a t-mo employee, I am extremely satisfied with at&t I ask and receive with them. As an employee and also account carrier for t-mobile, I would shoot myself if I wasn't saving so much money with an empl disc. I would never go with verizon to pay just as much for so-so devices or sprint with lame employees and crazy bills that I've seen. I'm not really understanding why you dislike at&t so bad your reasons ...
