O, I work for sprint as well and it does suck on our end but maybe one day they will understand its a business. they are out to keep you and make money. 8)

I dont understand why people get upset about contract renewals if a company is giving you something. If they say we will give you a 25% Discount and all you need to do is sign a new agreement thats understandable. either you do it or you dont, you wanna save money up the contract as simple as that.

On Thursday, Sprint revised a tweet it sent out last week regarding an Android update for the Samsung Moment and HTC Hero. Both smartphones won't be getting an Android 2.0 update; instead, they will get Android 2.1.

it will be new data plans to cover just like the data cards use cause the 3g 5gig data card plans weren't supportive on the 4g cards so look for new plans to be avaliable..

other carriers charge massive deposits for ASL cust sprint doesnt, this charge is to proccess billing it cost more to handle these accts sign up for auto pay and it gets waived.

This happens to everyone, to my line more then any I would say. I work in international tech and I get calls xfered to me to activate a GSM phone even though care can do it and are supposed to. I also get xfers of custy's in the US calling another country still domestic has nothing to do with international, and all I troubleshoot is if the custy is in another country and having issues. but I dont wine ...

I work for Sprint and my call center is open they just gave me the day off. But that may be a bad thing cause it will make your day even slower since there will be more agents on calls. Sorry :(

I just had a stupid call as well, cust called stated he was unable to conect to a number in the US from MEXICO. So the cust asked if I could call the bank number and conference him in. hmmmmm.... how about NO, suck it up and pay the roam rate like everyone else. :roll:
