You can copy & paste but it does not work w/ forwarding text messages. With instant messages you can copy what you type before you send it and then paste it where ever you want later. However if you send the message before you copy your text it will not work.

To sync your contacts from gmail, just go to contacts on your phone. On the upper left corner click the drop down menu for Contacts, then choose "Preferences & Accounts". Scroll the screen to the bottom choose "Add An Account". Then you just have to enter your username and password. I think facebook works the same way.
To sync Outlook you will need PocketMirror on your phone and Chapura SyncManager on the computer with that your Outlook ...
