i have ported WM 6.5 to my omnia. It works great, except when it is really buggy. I believe it was engadget that had the link to get the software. Its not an official VZW update. and will void your warranty. But if your ok with that, then google "Omnia WM6.5 rom"
Verizon Flex Pay??
I worked for corporate T-Mobile before going back to work for verizon. I miss flex pay. At least with the contract version customers still could get a discount on phones and the ability to not have to pay a 400.00 deposit is great. I think a customer should have the ability to choose deposit or flex pay though. because alot of features arent offered on flex pay. BUT, I do agree, Flex pay customer care outside the U.S. is ...
walmart and verizon
I don't know how to say this any better, If a customer goes to walmart and buys a vz prepaid phone, they can not hook it up on a regular monthly account. I have told the 4 walmarts near us this numerous times. They still sell them specifically for this reason. Today i heard. Cust: I want to do an ESN change to this phone. Me: Ok, thats fine. Re: Music in your stores
As an indirect store, we have tried all sorts of music to "increase" sales. Verizon gives us a dvd to loop in our laptop so customers can see a video about an aircard. It runs through out the day. but in the back ground, we havent noticed a change in sales from any type of music playing. It doesnt matter if its rap, rock or country. As long as its not to loud, or the store isnt too quiet.

I haven't posted on here in so long i forgot my password. But i have read nearly every post for the past 4 years. I have worked in Corp world, Call Center, and indirect. What I don't get it the hostility between the 3. Why cant we all be on the same page. Indirects can only do so much, not because they don't want to, but because corp wont let them.
