Yes if rumors can be believed. I was told the same information only without the Zio being mentioned. We will be getting a Kyocera Android based touchscreen before November.

Its slimmer and no trackball. The software has been upgraded and it has wifi. It can travel in all Metro markets and I think its lighter too. But don't hold me to that. I held it in my hands for only a few seconds.

Heard the new BB is based on the new Curve 8530 without the trackball. But it will have the AWS frequencies and metroPCS will make it available in all markets. Training should start early June and phone should come out mid to late June.

A followup to my earlier post. The Blackberry is due to be released late in the second quarter. They would give me no more information. LTE is going to be released after the Blackberry. So if you want a good smartphone now, the Caliber, with Windows 6.1 is the best bet.

I heard the Blackberry is going to be released later in the year along with the LTE deployment. I also heard the LTE is going to have Subscriber Identity Module "SIM" cards. Similar to current GSM phones.

Yes. I agree with you acdc1a. They are complicating the plans for the existing customer. The whom will get angry and angry customers will start looking for greener pastures. To their defense, They are keeping an eye on the market and reacting before customers have to start looking for lower prices. The 4 lines for $100 is the best deal they have ever had.

I was at the Samsung Code training and the Samsung representative told me it would be AWS compatible phone. The only reason I would consider giving up my Blackberry would be for AWS compatability.

Well today I saw the posters for the Samsung Code. That's usually a good sign they are coming soon. The training seminar was interesting. Windows 6 has sure come along way since my old Dell Axim. :-) I think I am going to like the Code now if they would have only made it with WI-FI, oh well.

Just got a heads up about a "Samsung Code." It's a new phone that's coming out soon for metroPCS. It's sort of a Samsung ACE in it's shape with Windows Mobile operating system. I have no other info on the phone, but later this month we will be getting a training and I suppose more details about the phone. If any one can provide any more information about this phone I would like sure to know.

Yes the Samsung MessagerII should be out by next week. It's a more compact version of the original Messager. Also I saw a ZTE with a slide-out qwerty keyboard (similar to Moto Hint)at a trade show with promises of releasing it soon but still no more news.
