My N95 reboots by itself every couple of days even after sending it to Nokia for software upgrade. Does anyone know if the 97 has this problem?

Does anyone know if the N97 will be able to play live streams from web site such as radio stations that let you listen live online? No I'm not talking about the Internet Radio program. Thanks, Bob
