Ehh... We'll see when the time gets there. I just don't think that a rate or a phone can make such a big difference as to move T-Mobile from #4. Gotta wait and see!!!

Well we all see a lot of things that say "it wont be a rate plan change, or a phone" so I mean if you really put everything into consideration, there really is absolutely nothing we can base the outcome on!!! If everything is true they have done a great job of hiding it hah! I heard from my ADR that they are supposed to go into training for this soon, but even still they wont be able to know ...

I never got to experience Samsung Rewards. Started working right after it was stopped. My co-worker however who happens to be my partner, won all kinds of stuff. Hopefully they find a way to bring it back, but in a way that people wont be able to "steal" sales, or input wrong IMEI's. Would be nice.

I've got the Jawbone 1 and paid 129.99 for it when it was that price, and boy let me tell you. I cannot get the damn thing to stay on either! Have tried every possible combination, even bent the metal ear hook to grab onto the ear and it comes off!! Darn it, what the heck!! I feel your pain 124 Sport!

lmao... i sold a phone a to a chick once who worked about two kiosks away from my kiosk, she gave me her number and asked me to text her. i texted her before i got off, asked her to the movies, and she said "lets watch twilight!" (worst movie ever!!!) we went out for about 2 weeks, had some fun, then my ex came back and begged me to take her back lol... then i just kinda blew ...

You did the right thing! And if your manager got where he/she is by simply just adding stuff to peoples account (something is completely wrong with the requirements of obtaining a promotion over here) you should be the manager!!!

worrrdddd i used to have a curve 8320 and i gotta tell you i miss the berry! i wanna get the 8900, but i cant seem to pry away from the G1!! the mytouch looks pretty sweet! nice and slick! lol

Salespeople = actors Its about what the salesperson makes the customer feel they want. Help them, absolutely, never treat a customer bad, but let's say you don't have the exact phone they want, just sell them a different phone that can do the same thing, that way they will be happy, its a whole different story when you work a commission only job. Its not just making customers happy. Its about making them happy and making your money at ...

Keep telling them about all the downsides and then magnify that downside and keep magnifying. Or you can just show them how even you don't own an iPhone because (state downsides again) lmao its about what you want to tell them, not what they want. and the blackthing scenario you mentioned is the perfect way. "you dont want the iphone because (reason here), but the blackberry (solution to iphones reason)" CLOSED!

Working at a mall... There is no harsher suffering than listening to the jungle rides sing all day... these fluffy animals that every single little kid loves to ride for $5! it sings the most annoying kiddie songs on the planet, and all the sound is warped!

I think T-Mobile as a global carrier is pretty good. I mean seeing as they are like a part of Deutsche Telekom.

Either its a knock off china phone just like the fake iphones, or youre probably thinking of the Magic, which is pretty much like a G1 except it has no keyboard. The G2 everyone keeps talking about wont be called G2, if im not mistaken it will be G1 v2 or whatever. Google it =)
