this is not the first phone that this has happened on. gmail app that my old tmobile phone could use, got the same message "application access not allowed", the app wasnt allowed access to the net.

i have the monthly plan, but acording to nokia the phone will use opera mini and flash lite, which would be awesome. i guess ill just have to call tmobile and nokia and get the runaround until somebody figures it out.

if you've seen the 3gs commercial it says its completely identical outside, so id imagine so. only way to know for sure though would be check on friday.

at least for tmob, they dont subsidize the phones imo. Im a big fan of nokias, and you can get a good basic phone for 200.00 same kind ud pay t mob for. 180.00 true be eh.

If it was stopped, competition wouldn't cease, just a different competition would show more. Competitions for the phones themselves would switch to just the manufacturer, and the carriers wouldnt be able to rely on that anymore being forced to be more competitive with pricing/coverage/features. Huh. This doesn't sound that bad at all. Plus it would kill the giants also good for competition.

I know but how long has the g1 been out? im not against it at ALL i think its a great idea and id probably get one of these new phones im just saying its hard to believe since its been such a slooooooooooow start. so yall can stop hating on me cause im not hating on android, i like it, but either side of the fence there is no denying its been a slow start.
