Store I work at (Sprint authorized dealer) all our demo phones have 1 bar and will roam off vzw network most of the time and we're in Brooklyn, NY. You have no idea how many customers we service every day that come in and complain about their service.
But it will be fun when I compare my VZW personal iphone with the store demo iphone when people ask how come the demo phone has poor service.

That fee is considered a Material Change and anything that affects your current term of contract, you are allowed to opt out.

Tell T-Mo to start making some moves that will make the company go downhill and declare bankrupcy... after that, there is no other option but sell or bail-out from feds.

I work for indirect sprint dealer but your remark about best network have me laughing. Imagine all our demo phones roam off VZW which is a joke.

Obviously their lower pricing isn't attracting a mass influx of new customers to their network due to coverage and that's the reason why other people choose to stay with AT&T or VZW. Sprint should invest into their network to expand coverage instead of crying about a merger.

The whole thing about connecting to 4G, I just think it's a problem with Samsung. I can tell you that there Wimax radio on the Epic 4G is also crap when compared to the HTC EVO. I tested both and I can tell you that I can be in the same spot and the Epic won't pick up wimax at all.

It's not VZW or AT&T fault that these local carriers don't want to invest in building towers around the country. There's a reason why these big 2 spend the money to expand in order to be #1.
If any agreement is reached then just give them 10kbps speed while on roaming.

Don't need to answer the question. If you have time walk into any Sprint store and try playing with the Sanyo Zio, which is a POS. Since Kyocera bought Sanyo, you will see where this phone gets its quality from because all Sanyo phones were great before the Zio. Also all Kyocera phones were garbage as well, so don't expect much.
