No, I have the same problem :( grrrr Last I heard Samsung was going to post an update software program to help fix this issue but I have yet to see anything.

Shortly after I downloaded the Samsung NSP IB2 program they took it off there site for downloading. Not really sure why. I had to copy it onto a Thumb Drive from my work computer to install on my home computers. Its a 95MB program or I'd send it to you via email. :( If you want I'd be happy to burn it onto a CD and mail it to you. Just let me know. I found out about using ...

I'm coming from a PDA and had to have that feature on whatever phone I choose to upgrade to. The salemen that helped me was GREAT. He informed me how to sync my contacts and calender on the impression phone.. Go to Samsungs website and download the PC Studio for the Instinct "nps-IB2 PC Studio". Use that PC Studio instead of the CD that can with the phone.. It works GREAT.. a few more steps then using my PDA ...

I had the pantech Duo.. LOVED IT.. and the matrix is getting much better reviews then the duo so I'm sure it's a really good phone.. I was debating on the LG Xenon or Samsung Impression my self.. The LG was getting BAD reviews but the Samsung had just came out..
