I saw one once that said "Customer called in wanting to upgrade his Nextel. He sounds like Boomhower off King of the Hill." I had to turn away not to laugh in the customer's face!

Whereas you are correct on other phones doing that, the BB Pearl has a known software issue that causes the phone to do that. There is a new software version out there that corrects the problem. Now if the customer has a phone that has the SD slot on it and actually has a memory card in there then that wouldn't be an issue either because the media would be stored onto that. Order business cards with his number printed on there just for the hot customers. Then when he gets one give him those business cards to hand out.

Step 1 Take Phone from Customer Step 2 Remove battery from phone Step 3 Lay phone down Step 4 Take a step back Step 5 Pull back arm with battery in hand and nail customer in between the eyes with the battery. Works everytime! :D
