Honestly I've charged people over the SRP of something before. Its all in how you market it. We have sold bluetooths that the corporate store down the hall (we are in a mall) sells for the same price for as much as 30$ over SRP. We only do it to really rude customers but still its all in how you do it.

Verizon does not offer and unlimited text plan. Their BB plan is higher as is the insurance. So as a BB who user who texts more than 5000 a month where does that leave me??

Verizons prices are higher than at&t on most plans. As for sprint that used to be true but they are upgrading their customer service.

That is ridiculous what is a phone without features. The reason phones do so many things is because people want them too. Yes everybody gets the absurd customers who want the free phones no contracts and unlimited everything for 10$ a month but most people who buy the feature rich phones want their phone to do everything these phones can do. You obviously just don't know how to sell the features or feel like taking the time to show ...

I've done the interviews. How long does it take after HireRight clears you for the background check?? I know they need people because they are firing most of the TMS people.

Also we had a FREE phone give away. If they signed up for a certain price point rate plan they got entered to win one of our higher end hand sets. (We got a second acticvation also)

What we do is go to local businesses and hand out flyers to employees and see if in exchange for putting out flyers near the registers we give them discounts on accessories and what not. When I came to my store they were doing 50 a month last month we broke 200!!! My employees drive their own sales as well they hand out flyers on their off time. :D

Why is when people come in and try to tell you your job?? Especially when they come in and tell you that their friend has a phone and its the greatest phone in the world. Never mind the fact that we work here and see these phones come back everyday with problems!!!!!!! Or that somehow they are special and can get around the rules??? :evil: :evil: :evil:

I LOVE IT when they come in and ask to see every phone you sell and ask you to explain the features of each one then tell you "I'm going to wirefly(or some other BS) I just didn't know what I wanted." :evil:

I hate to tell you but if I'm working with ten people trying to sell phones I'm not going to go after some jerk trying to steal my balloons. But it does kinda tick me off. For the simple fact that those are the same people who come in the store and tell you that the should get something for free no mattter what.

I love it when customers tell me I'm wrong. Like when you tell them that no they can't have any phone they want for free just because they are eligble for an ugrade. Anybody else??

Does anybody know the actual release date for the e71x? They keep telling us its coming. We got the POP for it last week but still no Nokia.. HELP!!!
