When did they last post a profit? That's right. They will be bought out by different compaines once they get to a price they are worth.

Not even close. Verizon is the main network Sprint roams off of. If in an US Cellular area, Verizon will pick up off of them of what you said happens. Just like in MS, Verizon uses cellular south if the Verizon service goes out, even their 3G. Something Sprint doesn't get. Sprint no longer offers the largest coverage voice wise. There are even areas where Sprint doesn't roam off Verizon and is SOL like here in Bama.

Doubtful. Sprint is already having tons of problems with network capacity. More people will always pick Verizon over Sprint because of reliability.

Sprint is next to end unlimited options. Their network shows it more and more each day. This is nothing new in the world. The US is last to offer unlimited data option. If you have it, be happy. If not, get over it. On the other hand, Verizon is about to launch new calling and family data plans.

They kinda had to with it being so close to Clarksville. Some of the 4G in Clarksville would have spilled over into Hopkinsville and I can see some people being upset for it not being strong enough.

They wanted to test it in the Mountains and see how it does, so they did it in a smaller area. Knox County-Gatlinburg, Memphis and Chatt. are next to get it.

If you were Smart, you would know that Verizon does have a 59.99 family plan for 550 mins unlimited nights/weekends. You have to call a number to get it. Also, you have have up to 5 people on it, unlike AT&T that says only 3 can be on it. Also, Unlimited Data>2GB data FTW. Now hush and go back under your rock.

You go over 10GB. Verizon is being fair about this. Keeping unlimited and just throttling is better the capping and charging. If you go over you get pushed back to RevO. This is only for people who sign up for the 29.99 unlimited data plan today.

If you add the things AT&T adds to their numbers, Verizon has around 103 Million users. Verizon added 872,000 cell phone customers, people you can call. This means they have 94 million people you can call for free. Verizon doesn't count Connected Devices to this 94 Million. Verizon also added 86,000 iPad/Galaxy Tabs customers which are part of the Connected Devices. If you add them together, you get 102.2 total customers. AT&T added around 400,000 cell phone customers, ...

Nov 16, 2010, 5:10 PM
in the Article: Cellular South to Skip Verizon's LTE Licensing Deal forum

Verizon will not buy them. Cell South is mostly a PCS network. Verizon and AT&T holds the Cellular license in the North, in South MS it is Verizon (with Alltel and now Centennial Wireless) with Cellular and a mix of Cellular South and AT&T. AT&T already ended the roaming agreement with Corr Wireless here in North AL. Corr was recently bought by Cellular South, but kept the Corr name and the GSM network and didn't change it to CDMA.

Oh, and the network they bought in AL here in Huntsville is Corr Wireless. It is a GSM network (not even EDGE unless you are inside Huntsville). Cell South is keeping Corr Wireless name and keeping GSM up and running in AL. Not many people use Corr as it is, but AT&T was using them as a "Partner Network" in North AL, but recently ended it last month I think.

Not anymore. Cell South pays Verizon mostly now. Most roaming Verizon has with Cell South now is in Southern MS which will soon go away with Verizon getting Centennial Wireless. North MS, Verizon has a much better network now because it is all 850MhZ cellular and they got Alltel and Unicel. They have big plans for southern MS as soon as they get Centennial merged in and everything. Also, Cell South doesn't roam off Verizon in MS because they ...

Verizon just go ahead and buy them? Really, they own them a chunk of $ as it is. They don't have the money to expand their 3G network. Verizon would be much better. Their plans are not real good, too.

Tablet pricing will be 1GB for 20.00 3GB for 35.00 4GB for 45.00 and 5GB for 50.00. If you go over, its 10.00 per GB. Also, something else is going to be like 10GB for 80.00. I forgot what tho.
