Re: New Bogeyman
Clearwire is Sprint's gold digger.
Re: take the money
Clearwire investors should be grateful they're getting $2.97. Sprint kept them losers afloat, and this is how you thank them. Investing in stocks is a risk. Trust me, I know because I own Lucent stock at $60 that I never sold. Clearwire investors are getting a second chance to recoup some of their money that most investors never get.
Re: This should't surprise anyone.
Huawei should be charged with theft. The Ascend Y was released with less than 100MB of free internal user memory last year. That's stealing.
Thumbs Down
In honor of Roger Ebert, The Director and all ZTE phones get a thumbs down.
Re: i hope...
You do know that Dish offered Clearwire more money per share. What I find funny is Sprint kept Clearwire in business. All these shareholders would have lost everything.
Re: AWE
Just what I need. An expensive phone on a limited coverage network. Tmobile coverage sucks where I live.
Late to the party Sprint
T mobile, Page Plus, Straight Talk already have BYOD. Sprint is trying to make it sound like some type of Green Project when they were late to the party.
Re: lol
Does this include one year of unlimited service with the phone purchase?
Re: iOS smartphones?
Let's see. Apple has the 4S and 5 on Verizon. That's 2. So that would make it IOS smartphones. Just saying.
ZTE=Fail
What ever chance Firefox had at being successful went out the door when they signed with ZTE.
Outdated phone
Why bother with this outdated phone if the new BB10 phone is coming out this month. This is a glorified feature phone. Boost sells the 9310 on prepaid for under $100.
Re: Designed specifically to resist purchase
I stopped reading at 3.5 inch screen and gingerbread.
Payback is a B----
This is going to be very interesting. Sprint had to see this coming after they protested the Tmobile/AT&T merger.
Re: Verizon
You have heard of Page Plus and Straight Talk. They use Verizon network. I have the Samsung Proclaim on Straight Talk that use Verizon's network. But would love a better smartphone to use on Verizon's network.
Re: Gingerbread
@jellz. Did you miss the memo, Apple and Microsoft never does anything right.
Verizon
If this was on Verizon's network, this would be news. But Cricket's? This will be out of business in a year.
Re: Been around
I have the proclaim on straight talk and love it. I wanted a keyboard, but the zip only has 150mb of user memory and 800mhz processor. Been thru that before with my samsung intercept.
Re: Shhhhhh...
If you want a phone on Verizon, try Straight talk Samsung Proclaim. I'm on the proclaim right now. Entry level but reliable.
Re: Chase this!
I deleted the speed test app after my last test on Virgin Mobile.

Re: I thought Verizon said
Can't see why anybody would pay $100 a month for this phone on Verizon.
Complete by the end of 2013
Anybody believes Sprint.
Re: Klondike Bar.
Keylime pie
Re: Another not-so-exclusive Apple exclusive
I love Apple Hate. 99 percent of Apple hate is based on nothing factual.
Gophone Smartphone data only
If I am not mistaking this was possible on Gophone. You could use a smartphone for just data and pay by the minute for voice, pay by the text until they changed the plan last month. Now smartphones have to use either the $25 or $50 voice/text to even buy a data pack.
Hello RIM
Hi. My name is Mark. Welcome to our Facebook family.
Re: Ghetto
Bad name choice sort of like Google? Anyway they have the HTC Arrive for $399 which is steep? But for people wanting a windows phone and unlimited data for $50 not bad.
Page Plus
Page Plus has the same plan for $55. If Verizon put that same phone on there prepaid unleashed plan then that would be something.
Re: What is TDD-LTE?
No matter whet that means? Clearwire does not have the money to build a true nationwide network. There will be large holes in there coverage just like wimax.
Re: LG Windows 7 phone.
Everything is not about android. Stop drinking the kool-aid.
Re: I would guess that
Whet makes you think Sprint sold tons of window phones. Every statement by Sprint says otherwise? If the HTC Arrive was such a hit, they would have replace it by now.
Re: Almost, but not quite
They had me until they said wimax
Re: Sour Garpes?
The difference is Verizon knows how to manage there business. Sprint is clueless with everything. So it does not matter.
Re: No surprise
Sprint has to be shaking there head.
Re: Any DETAILED info on WHERE coverage will increase
Thanks. I was going to switch to Tmobile, but was not sure if it would work in all the places I work. I need the mobile web and gps for work.
Re: Any DETAILED info on WHERE coverage will increase
How is Tmobile in the Fayetteville areas. Do you ever go out toward stedman to clinton areas, as well as the laurinberg areas
Re: Any DETAILED info on WHERE coverage will increase
Check phonedog for where Tmobile is getting spectrum. Nothing in NC
This hurts Sprint
If Sprint hated the merger, this is really going to make them mad. If Tmobile improves there coverage to the point it matches Sprint, why go and deal with Sprint's slow network.
Re: Good thing those idiots at Sprint have extra PCS spectrum in the G block
Sprint fine without Lightsquare? Building a nationwide LTE network is not cheap. That's why Sprint wants a partner.
Re: Cute
@bobblehead. Go to say BestBuy.com and try to do this thing called reading. I know it can be time consuming reading one letter at a time, but try to read the reviews on entry level android phones like the LG. Read how new android users complain about there entry level phones being underpowered with very little user memory.
Re: I've found--
Sounds like you are trying to convince yourself that you made a good investment. Right back in six months. I bet you will have a new phone or you tried to root your phone to get rid of the bloatware for more user memory.
