hate online buyers, I have some that tell me straight up they wanna do it online and just wanted to look at the phone in person....then when they do get the blackberry that they have no clue how to use, they come into my store to have me set up their emails, create BB ID, put on their screen protectors and pair their bluetooth..... WTF. :paranoid:

why do i have to pay $50/$125 deductible? I pay $5 a month for insurance, this is ridiculous, you guys like to rob people, I want to cancel my service. the end.

dammit!! I hate that...I get those too often too. They ask every question possible, take up about an hour of your life that you will never get back, and then they throw the I'll think about it card at you. And yes, likely by that they meant they are going to Wal-Mart down the street and just getting it there because it is only 97 cents to upgrade and they get a $50 gift card. FML sometimes.

why is it that you insist to stand next to me breathing over my shoulder as I pull up your account and you continue to lean in as if you could read the sized 8 font that the notes are in. you can't read them, it does not say the supervisor from cc said you're entitled to a free phone, and i will not read them out loud for you. please don't stare at me with that blank stare ...

I live in california, one time this lady came in to buy a car charger, $29.99 plus tax came out to $32.46, before i told her the total i see her pull out a twenty and ten dollar bill, exactly, then she tells me, i'm from oregon, there's no sales tax there, so if i show you my ID will you not charge me tax? :lol: sorry ma'am you are in california, sales tax do apply

lmao!! blacktooth!!! i haven't come across that but that's hilarious! the hard part is, the customer is soooooo stuck on mispronouncing it because they feel they're right, i don't want to burst their bubble and pronounce it correctly!

argh! i've had that happen to me similar this guy comes in wants to combine two individual plans into family plan and bunch of other changes...after almost an hour or so with care and after i hang up...he decides it's gonna be too much so he wants me to undo what i just did!! im like wtf man! i was gonna make up some stupid excuse and tell him he has to wait 24 hours or whatever, but i ...

of course! when customer does a return/exchange we have to clear out all phones before shipping back, so on down times i look through everything msgs, pics, listen to ringtones they had incase i may want to bluetooth some to me! lol :lol:

:lol: wow ya now i'm scared to bluetooth their pics over when they get a new phone because i've run into some dirty pics! ugh makes me feel uncomfortable. the worst is when they set a pic like that as their wall paper so when i go to open it....hello :o !! and the guy jus stares at me with a dirty grin...yuck!

ya or even worse i had a guy yesterday in broad daylight, peek into the store i can clearly see him and he has his hands on the glass (that i just cleaned!) cuffed to the window as he checks if we're open....yup we are...he's just standing there then he does one of those moves, you know the kind where he looks down at his watch and walks back and forth in front of the store waiting for us ...

ARGH! OKAY I NEED TO VENT WHAT OTHER PLACE THAN PHONE SCOOP =) SOOOOO I'M BARELY OPENING MY STORE IT IS BEFORE 10AM AND THIS GUY CLEARLY SEES I'M NOT OPEN HENCE THE LIGHTS ARE HALF OFF IN MY STORE AND WHAT DOES HE DO??? I HAVE HEARD OF THAT AND YES I HAVE A MICRO SD CARD ALREADY AND HAVE ALL MY ALL MY STUFF SAVED TO IT. ANOTHER THING I'VE NOTICED IS THAT MY CALL LOG CAN ONLY GO BACK THREE DAYS? I USED TO HAVE A TILT AND I WAS ABLE TO SEE CALLS MADE FROM MONTHS PRIOR. THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE THOUGH!

SO I HAVE A BB AND TIME TO TIME I FIND THAT IT CLEARS OUT ALL MY MESSAGES AND CALL HISTORY! WHY???????? I DO HAVE THE BB PLAN AND PHONE IS LESS THAN 3MONTHS! ANY IDEAS AS TO WHY THIS HAPPENS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, OR IF IT'S HAPPENED TO YOU???
