No flash for the camera=fail
I would have considered picking one up had the included a flash for the camera. I wonder how much that really would drive up the price..? This will be pretty useless in low light night indoor shots etc. I'll stick w my L9. Puzzling to me they tout the camera yet leave that off.

Hello ya I hear ya & good points. Im sure it most def is better. Im back on Tmobile though. Ive had everyone I always seem to come back to them. The L9 is a surprisingly great phone esp with no contract for 199.00 outright. If it get's updated to Jelly bean it w be all the better. Although 4.0 is fine for me too :)

The main thing they should have improved is the battery. I had one of these I bought off ebay & just google it worst battery ever. Doesn't sound like much different except for jelly bean. Optimus L9 I have cuurently on Tmobile no contract is just as good or prob better & 199.00 retail again no contract.

Moves like Tmobile getting the 521 are just stupid! It doesn't even have a flash on the camera. Why would they not at least get the 620 or better yet the 720 which looks better then there 810! Who makes these poor descisions.
No reason over the 822
See no reason why anyone would want this over the better lumia 822 on Verizon. & price cant be a factor when the 822 can be had for free or 49.99.. And you get a better device with more features then the Samsung.

Wheres the flash for the camera
No flash even for the camera that already is a FAIL right out of the gate. Glad I left Sprint for Tmobile & my Lumia. This is not a good replacement for Sprint's Arrive.

Ya I thought I was all set to get the 710. But go with the radar it takes better photos. The slighly faster processor on the lumia will hardly be noticeable.

Well im taking another min to respond & thats it. First of all I wouldn't consider myself an overall "fanboy" of any os overall. Yes currently favoring iphone. The 4S is my first. You should check your facts first as well. Android was not the first touchscreen and not the first with apps & an app store even though they were launched only a few months apart. Ok android fanboy which by the way im a newbie to the iphone with my 4S & am now converted. But no matter how much you love Android, how can you honestly say or think that they havent copied any ideas? They originated android by copying from apple! Why Does Pantech continuiously not put a flash for there camera on there phones. That is a must for me. Just something I noticed with them Also notice only Att gets there stuff in the US. Just an observation anyway no flash ='s immediate fail to me..Other then that they make interesting stuff though but ill stick w my iphone 4S :)

R.I.P I have moved on. Time to perm say goodbye to Pre. It w be in the drawer as a backup. Never really thought id say that. Funny how things change. I am finding ios about as easy to use as webOS :)
Correction needed.
There's no flash with the camera on the Optimus slider unless they made it diff then Verizon's version called the enlighten, which has no camera flash either. So dumb to me when they do not include a flash for the camera that has become a must for me.

We can only hope. Im thinking that since things didn't take off as planned with the first Pre being there Iphone killer. They don't seem to be in any hurry for new WebOS devices though...

It was on my carrier Sprint. And I cant believe they did not include a flash for the camera=Fail. Even the Pixi has one. That's a must for me now. Guess ill be sticking with my Pre for a good while. Hopefully something I really like is avail when I can upgrade.

It had a better camera! I think a flash should be mandatory and at least 3mp's on a smartphone. I would want this then. A nice looking block sleek phone with keyboard but no flash=fail. Is it really that much more money for them to add one!??

Ya plan on using the PixiPlus and turning off data and mostly using wifi. Which should work out fine. Now that it has 100mbs because even if I was to use a hundred extra would only be ten bucks more. Works for me!

See no reason for ya too wait if your considering you should go for it. Love my new Windowsphone7. Got the LG Quantum highly reccomended! & like the others said they should be updating curent devices. Dont see why they wouldnt there not even very old at all! Im already happy the way it is and the updates make it even better..
