Wonder how much crap-ware they added that made it so it can't update OTA. Since the Sprint version got an OTA.

Ok so assuming Sprint launches the G-Nex in the next few weeks as rumored, and assuming they announce their version of the One X in a couple days at the HTC press conference as rumored, which should I go with? The pure Android goodness of the Galaxy, or the One X with it's better display and quad core processor?? I swore after my EVO 3D i was only going pure android from here on out. But the display and processor on the ...

They dont even do that much work. They buy the patents from people who could never make a working product. Then they do nothing with it until they can troll companies that are actually trying to push inovation forward. They are the epitome of whats wrong with this country today, tryin to find the easiest way to scam a buck instead of working for it.

HTC updates way more phones, and does it way more quickly than either Samsung or Motorola. And that's not even counting that Samsung has never put out an Android update with out it having an issue and needing to stop the update til they fixed it. And the EVO will be 2 yrs old in June. And hardware wise is lacking quite a bit by today's standards. I'm ok with anything over 18mnths not getting a major update. Lastly the EVO ...

so as i said elsewhere: How do ppl not think At&t is completely full of s**t when they say they HAVE to purchase t-mobile to make this kind of roll out happen. How bout you just, i dont know, use that money to actually expand your network instead of eliminating a competitor.

Not 100% sure what side you are on (bad grammar and what not) but it sounds like you are against net neutrality. Assuming you are against it, i dont think net neutrality means what you think it means. This is the FCC telling the ISPs they CANT tell you what to look at online. This is not the FCC controlling what you can do. If you arent against it..disregard.

Not that i plan to convince someone with the username attrep. But there's a reason fewer ppl would care if Sprint bought tmobile, if you used any common sense. Having 3 carriers of relatively equal footing is nowhere near the same as having 2 giants price fixing the market & a 3rd being so far behind that catching up or effectively competing is near impossible.

The government should definitely not control everything. That being said...take you're aluminum helmet and peddel your BS somewhere else. This is exactly the type of situation where the government should step in, to protect the ppl from a corporation that is trying buy up consumer choices for no other reason than to line their pockets. And i'd just as soon have my tax money pay for this as anything.

So much wrong with this idiotic comment it makes my head hurt. -Coverage, you mean second best in the country and only marginally behind verizon? -Reliability? You mean how every survey from the last 2 yrs as Sprint coming 1st or 2nd in fewest dropped calls. -Customer Service? Almost shouldnt even justify this. Sprint's customer service is blowing everyone else away right now. Keep trying troll. Do some research. -Wi-Max buildout, lets compare it with at&ts LTE rollout...yea thought so. You're a joke. A. Sprint is using their spectrum. Hence the network upgrades taking place over the next 4 years and the 4G rollout. B. Sprint isnt trying to buy another company and using the excuse that they don't have enough spectrum, which is what at&t is doing. Sprint called at&t on their BS. That's it. The mngment of at&t is either too dumb to run their network upgrades correctly, or too shady and is lying about their ability to update it just to ...

Its all personal preference, but in sheer size, the EVO touch keyboard is bigger than most physical keyboards cuz of the screen size. I have the reg EVO.

On paper it looks slower, but its a new 800mhz processor thats just as fast as the older 1gh processor in the evo. The shift quite often will seem snappier actually cuz of the increased rom/ram.

Main differences: -Epic screen is better for video/movie watching. -Epic has a front camera for video calling. -I personally (keyword, personal preference..but this seems to be the web consensus) like HTC Sense WAY better than touch wiz on the Epic. Like seriously, its alot better. Same with HTC's widgets. -HTC is better about providing updates, the EVO is getting 2.3 on June 6th. Cant imagine the Shift would be far behind. It took sammy over 6 mnths just to get 2.2 out ...
