ive had one for about 6mos now with zero problems and it looks brand new even has the stickers on it so theres very little difference between new and refurbished...as far as palm goes anyway.

with a name like pre, palm wanted it to be unique so itll stand out againt all the other touch phones, ya its a dumb name but you'll remember it. :wink:
